Catheon Gaming is expanding its ventures and will now be known as Artisse Interactive. With 19 successful term sheets signed this year, we're growing our portfolio and adding new games. We've partnered with Samsung, which provides us with app placement in the Galaxy Store and marketing support. We've also become the blockchain publisher for canVERSE Games, a UK-based game studio. We're publishing canVERSE's AAA VR + AR metaverse game that focuses on table-top games, allowing players to capture game pieces as NFTs. We've secured a publishing agreement with Fabwelt Studios, known for blockchain games like Arsenal and Fanwelt. We'll be publishing The R Games, a racing game using the Unreal 5 engine. We're also partnering with Tamasha and HookApps, both operating in the skill-based gaming space. Their offerings will enhance our portfolio and diversify gameplay options. We've developed AI to create a virtual idol for our Seoul Stars project. This technology can create hyper-realistic faces which we believe can be used as substitutes for real photos. We've built an AI generative image app for realistic self-photos. This app allows users to generate numerous photos in any setting, posture, clothing, hairstyle, or facial expression. We see an opportunity in the China and Korea markets, where photo editing apps like Meitu are popular. We're releasing Chinese, Korean, and English versions of our apps in the coming weeks. As we extend our reach, Catheon Gaming is now Artisse Interactive. Our blockchain gaming business is Artisse Gaming, and the consumer division is Artisse AI. The Catheon token's functionality and vesting are not disrupted by the rebranding. Token holders may eventually participate in the governance of Artisse AI.
